My wife and I were looking at kids bunk beds and noticed something: many bunk beds for kids are not entirely safe for our children. Lots of them come with poor guard rails that break when stress is applied, leaving the children vulnerable to falling over and breaking their limbs. As a response, I wrote to manufacturers and told them to make heavy duty rails so parents can sleep at night. Bunk beds should be safe for all kids, not meant to harm a loved one. I got a few responses and they said they would start implementing better designs. Reading a book taught me how to replace my futon bunk beds. I needed to first unscrew all the joints and remove the mattress on my futon bunk beds. This was no easy task because I am not familiar with tools. I had my bunk bed friend visit me and help me out with the process. These bunk beds were going to be made for your son and daughter of five years. They love to sleep and need a comfy place to rest their heads at night. I sleep on a king size bed, so there is almost too much room. Many dreams I have keep me awake because I wonder what I could do with all this space.
